Muscular Dystrophy is an hereditary muscle wasting condition. Oliver was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), which affects young boys, a little after his 4th birthday, during December 2012.
Currently there is no cure for this condition but Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is the leading UK charity dedicated to beating muscle-wasting conditions by finding treatments and cures and to improving the lives of everyone affected by them. They rely on the support of people like you to continue their vital work.
